Art is a conduit of emotion and feeling, and I want to help spread love and joy in the lives of others.

Founding Owen & Mae has allowed me to connect with amazing people and share in their journeys.

You never know where you will meet someone or how your lives may cross paths.

Here are a few of my favorite stories.

My sister got the print and called to say how much she loved it. She initially was impressed by my wrapping job & then realized it wasn’t done by me. She commented on the beautiful wrapping & the personal note you included. Thank you Hanna, you’ve touched her & my hearts!!! When describing the print to me she began to cry… tears of gratitude for how perfectly the cardinal represents the family member she lost. Bless you Hanna!!

Sent my sister a 8×10 of the cardinal print for Mother’s Day. She of course opened it early and then called to say this is the best gift I’ve ever given her. She’s 61 & I’m 63 yo, so that’s saying something!!! Hanna thank you so much for your art and your heart!!

Have you ever had that thought? That you can’t do art anymore because you are an adult and the ability has magically disappeared?

I believe we all have the ability to create art and we can tap into that inner child by learning a new skill or brushing up on an old one.

I teach group classes and 1×1 lessons because I’m passionate about reigniting the creativity we all have as children.

I really enjoyed the watercolor floral class! Hanna was a really great instructor, she took the time to ask us questions about what we wanted to get out of the class, was patient, and did a great job showing us each new thing. It was actually much easier than I expected to see how she was painting different flowers, leaves, and branches with the online format. I would highly recommend this class to anyone interested!

Being outside is how I relax and unwind. There is something about being in the open air that reconnects me to my inner purpose and refreshes my mind and spirit.

Whether it’s hiking, rock climbing, or just sitting in the sun, connecting with nature is one of my happy places.

TRAVELING

Traveling opens our minds to a whole world of new possibilities. I’ve been fortunate to traveland have met some amazing people over the years.

My bucket list is overflowing, and I’m always looking for a new place to explore.
